JET Extensible Next-Gen Integrated Network (ENGIN) is a scalable, modular hardware solution that simplifies the integration of Advanced Command & Control Systems (AC2) into various fleet platforms. By leveraging the Adaptive Layer Framework (ALF), ENGIN enables rapid and standardized software integration, facilitating quick deployment of tactical software packages. AC2’s microservices architecture in individual docker containers supports future battle conditions with hybrid autonomous unmanned systems. ENGIN accelerates the adoption of US Navy investments by providing a network C2 node that allows for efficient, non-invasive integration.
